You will be a key player in the execution of the acquisition and divestment of existing brands, systems, and partners, whilst working alongside the CFO to whom you will provide insights, advice, and recommendations.To achieve this, you will have several key accountabilities to deliver on:<ul><li>Providing support through financial modelling.</li><li>Valuation & research, and due diligence.</li><li>Industry analysis and reporting.</li><li>Board reporting and progressing settlements for board approval.</li><li>Work with operations post-acquisition to assess and analyze performance against budget and the overall success of the asset integration.</li><li>Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards and developing automated reporting / forecasting tools.</li><li>Assessing opportunities for international development.</li></ul>In addition, you'll develop significant relationships across the business including Finance, Commercial, and international partners. What You'll Do: You will take the lead and management of the implementation of a new ERP system across the Australian operation; it's a position that you can make your own with the full support of invested leadership. You will be in a highly visible position where you will get a panoramic view of how a well-run, fast-growing business operates, and your position will be crucial to the successful integration of a new system. You will be required to implement solutions that will streamline current business operations, enhance data accuracy, and improve financial processes. You will achieve the above by completing the below duties: <ul><li>Develop and carry out project plans, including defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables.</li><li>You'll manage resources, create schedules, assign tasks where relevant, and monitor progress to timelines.</li><li>You'll be able to foresee risks, take action to solve issues, and keep your stakeholders fully informed.</li><li>You'll liaise with various stakeholders to define finance related requirements, and then coordinate with IT to customize and configure the system as requested.</li><li>You'll have oversight of all data migration maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial information as you transition to the new system.</li><li>Conduct UAT and run training sessions.</li><li>You will provide post-implementation support, continue to run thorough tests, and provide solutions to any teething issues.</li><li>You'll take the lead with any subsequent upgrades and enhancements.</li></ul> Given the acquisitive nature of the business, you will also be responsible for transitioning new businesses into the group so that all systems are aligned.
