There is a high chance for this part-time position to become a permanent role.</p><p>The working hours are Monday to Friday, onsite in Sydney's CBD, 9am-3pm with a 30 minutes break.</p><p><strong><br />The Role</strong></p><p>Your fit within the role will depend on your proven Facilities experience with your key responsibilities including but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Handle general facility requests and repairs, such as arranging furniture, setting up or adjusting monitor arms, and other office equipment.</li><li>Maintain the cleanliness and organization of general office spaces and ensure that supplies are fully stocked.</li><li>Ensure that workstations for incoming and outgoing employees and visitors are clean, equipped, and ready for use.</li><li>Order, receive, and stock beverages and snacks, ensuring proper inventory management to prevent spoilage, and brew coffee if necessary.</li><li>Coordinate with staff to place catering orders and manage the setup and cleanup of meetings and catering events.</li><li>Help organize and manage the setup and cleanup of weekly office parties.</li><li>Load, run, and empty office dishwashers daily or as needed.</li><li>Collect and distribute mail and packages to staff as needed.</li><li>Ensure overnight parcels and mail are delivered to their appropriate locations.</li></ul><p> <br /><strong>About you </strong></p><p>To thrive in this dynamic role, you'll bring three years of office experience in a similar role. Show off your skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word while delivering great customer service. With a proactive attitude and excellent communication abilities, you'll tackle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your keen attention to detail and sound judgment will make you an invaluable team member. Plus, be prepared for some hands-on tasks, including lifting boxes and moving furniture up to 50 lbs.
