Project Analyst | Consultant | Government Objective: The objective of this project is to provide targeted independent assurance over the accuracy of debt calculations and recalculations, while also enhancing legal governance processes to mitigate systemic legal risks. Scope:<ol><li>Assessment of Business Processes and Legal Governance: Evaluate newly developed processes against revised advice and measures implemented, in response to various reviews and findings.</li><li>Accuracy of Debt Outcomes: Conduct independent reviews of activities related to income apportionment. Assess the accuracy of debt outcomes and provide feedback on the new correspondence products developed.</li><li>Enhancement of Legal Governance Processes: Identify systemic or potentially significant legal risks. Assess the sufficiency of legal governance processes to identify and mitigate these risks.
