Originally from Texas, Austin this global based business with teams all around the world is looking for an engineer that can help support &amp; maintain the current IT infrastructure here in Sydney.</p><p> <br /><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Being the sole person onsite, you will oversee support, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving issues for systems, hardware's, software's, and infrastructure. Whilst this is a solo role within the business there is a global team that will help the individual with any issues that do arise.</p><p>This role will initially start part-time 3 days a week in the office and then we will be looking to move this role to full time 5 days a week.</p><p> <br /><strong>Your Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>3 - 5 years' experience with Mac OS X supporting and troubleshooting</li><li>Extensive experience with JAMF</li><li>Been involved in iOS device deployment, support, and troubleshooting.</li><li>3 - 5 years Windows Server Experience 2008 + Support and Troubleshooting</li><li>O365 Support and Set-up</li><li>Extensive hands-on experience with IP Networking and WLANs and access points</li><li>Excellent communication skills to communicate with vendors, internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Proactive support of our Video Conferencing systems (Google Meets and Zoom) in our conference rooms. </li></ul><p><strong><br />About You</strong></p><p>If you have passion for IT and a natural ability to want to help people and interact with the latest technology in the market, then this is the role for you! </p><p>Robert Half Ltd is committed to equal opportunity and we value diversity at our company.
