L’entreprise est en forte croissance et a donc créé deux postes d’administrateur de baux afin de répondre à la demande grandissante.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>À propos du rôle…</strong></p><p>Relevant du Chef de l’exploitation, l'administrateur des baux travaillera aux côtés d'une équipe de professionnels de l'immobilier. Il veillera à ce que les obligations des clients soient respectées en remplissant diverses tâches administratives de baux, notamment : résumé des baux, vérification et paiement des factures, établissement de rapports et mise à jour de divers logiciels de gestion des baux.</p><p>Pour réussir dans cette fonction, l'administrateur de baux doit avoir un esprit d'équipe et un sens aigu du service à la clientèle. The company also has the latest vehicles for sale and lease in their showrooms and online; they furthermore offer exciting and progressive automotive options for automotive, collision, motorsports, marine, rental car, leasing and recreational vehicles.</p><p> </p><p>The Regional Finance Controller is a senior financial management role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and the President. This position will be responsible for the finance & accounting of numerous business units in Regina and the surrounding areas within the overall company. This role furthermore oversees all aspects of this regional area and the multiple dealerships and stores. This position also oversees accounting and finance and requires ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of all consolidated regional financial positions. The role incumbent will also provide support to the CFO for various special projects such as analysis, ad hoc reporting, or due diligence for future acquisitions. The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day property portfolio administration as a highly valued member of our team.
