You will also support project delivery and be an escalation point for the team. You need at least 2 years of leadership experience for this position. [-] You will lead the IT infrastructure team (team of 3) and will provide coaching and mentorship. You will have regular one-on-ones, and performance reviews with the team. You will support their learning and development, and provide technical training as needed. [-] You will support project delivery for their IT infrastructure projects, and will oversee successful project completion. You will implement best practices and will be responsible for documentation. [-] You will be the escalation point for their systems and network administration. They are a Microsoft shop and are using Windows servers and some Azure services. They are also using Fortinet for their networking.
