Manual QA Test Analyst<p>Robert Half Technology are assisting a global payment company to recruit for a Manual QA Test Analyst on 12 month contract, paying £300-£400 per day to start ASAP</p><p><strong>Role</strong></p><ul><li>The Manual QA Test Analyst will be responsible for defining the testing requirements for releases and projects in the QA environment.</li><li>Responsible for estimating time required to perform testing activities.</li><li>Responsible for writing test case documentation, defining test data, running test cases, and reviewing results.</li><li>Responsible for logging, tracking, and re-testing of defects through to resolution working closely with company outsourced development partner.</li><li>Develop a business testing framework with related test cases, with the view to structure testing activities and make them as efficient as possible.</li><li>Execute testing in QA environment.</li><li>Where required, executes regression testing of production activities to ensure no impact to production activities.</li><li>Performs QA environment change controls required before changes are deployed to production.</li><li>Supporting company IT Security governance as accredited by IS0 27001.</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><ul><li>The Manual QA Test Analyst will have at least three years' experience in a testing role.</li><li>c3-5 years' experience as a QA Test Analyst </li><li>Strong understanding of financial services and working capital solutions.</li><li>Strong familiarity of Java, SAP core and related solutions.</li><li>Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.</li><li>Experience of using Atlassian products (Jira, Test Rail, Confluence)</li><li>Self-starter and able to work independently.</li><li>An analytical approach to administration processes and an ability to identify and implement improvements for such processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Company</strong></p><ul><li>Market leading financial services organisation </li><li>Recently hit record revenues/profits</li><li>Offices globally including London</li></ul><p><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></p><p>£300 - £400 per day depending on experience</p><p>The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.</p><p> </p><p>Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
