Reporting to the Managing Director, Security Governance, Risk and Compliance, you'll oversee a team of three to five and ensure the implementation of robust security policies, standards, and guidelines. Your expertise spans certifications like CISSP, CISM, or equivalent, coupled with a deep understanding of IT risk and cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and COBIT. You will be an excellent communicator and be comfortable liaising with senior level stakeholders across the business. This role is a 9 month FTC, based near Elephant and Castle.</p><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Overseeing all of all aspects the company recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.</li><li>Full ownership and management of the company ATS system including management of live job ads, candidate screening, candidate management, onboarding documentation, backend set up & trouble shooting.</li><li>Leading both group recruitment sessions and 121 interviews</li><li>Ongoing management of the candidate talent pool for current vacancies with a key focus on candidate experience</li><li>Delivering the HR sections of the weekly induction process</li><li>Management of several elements of L&D including the e-learning platform GO1, the Funded Education Policy & compulsory management trainings.</li><li>Providing up to date Employment Law / ACAS process advice to all levels of management for handling all types of ER cases and handbook policies, and completing relevant documentation/communication when needed.</li><li>Completing all system administration and documentation relevant to all stages of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, current employees (for example changes of roles or clubs, maternity/paternity, references, pay changes) and employee leavers.
