Balance Sheet Control</li><li>Develop and maintain robust financial policies and procedures and ensure adherence across the business.</li><li>Lead all aspects of the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledger.</li><li>Review transactional processing (AR &amp; AP) and the lead improvement of working capital management.</li><li>Oversee the set-up of finance systems, processes and controls for new properties.</li><li>Provide ad-hoc support for new reporting requirements for investment partners. Treasury, Tax and Banking</li><li>Liaise with the Head of Treasury and Tax in handling all funding requirements and associated documentation and information requests.</li><li>Work closely with the Head of Treasury and Tax to manage all VAT compliance and corporate tax planning and submissions to tax authorities.</li><li>Manage key stakeholder relationships with COO's, CFO and UK based Finance leaders in sister companies.</li><li>Co-ordinate annual property valuations with external valuers and Group Asset Management team</li></ul><p> To be considered for this newly created Divisional Group Financial Controller role, you should be ACA qualified (min 8 years PQE) with a mix of practice and corporate experience.
