The NZ business has significant revenue but continues to have a tight knit mid-sized team, punching above their weight.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role </span></strong></p><p>The role of Accounts payable will be one of two in this area, both reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader.</p><p> </p><p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Processing invoices through to weekly and monthly payments</li><li>Reconcile creditors due for payment.</li><li>Reconcile vouchers to statements received and purchase orders raised.</li><li>Reconciling of bank statements when required.</li><li>Creditor management; coding and authorisation</li><li>Vendor management</li><li>Weekly and monthly cashflow management and reporting</li><li>Intercompany transactions and processing on-charges</li><li>Processing staff expenses</li><li>Ad-hoc duties as required</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Skills &amp; Experience</span></strong></p><p>This role will suit someone looking for a strong team culture to be part of whilst still being able to take full responsibility in a full function Accounts payable role. Proven experience in a high volume environment will be beneficial, as will your ability to pick up new systems.</p><p> </p><p>What it imperative is your ability to communicate at all levels to a high standard - both written and verbally.
