VP Finance - Real Estate Company The Company Our client is a SGX-listed company with over 40 years of history and diversifed portfolio in real estate sector. With their further growing business and new assets acquired under the group, they are now partnering with us to look for a seasoned Finance VP to overlook the full spectrum of finance duties as well as supporting potential M&A projects in the region. The Role Reporting to CFO, you will lead team of 4-6 and overlook regional portfolio across APAC and UK. You will be involved in group consolidation and financial review. Additionally, you will also be a key driver for quarterly and yearly SGX reporting, budgeting and forecasting for the sub-group entities within your care. You will also play a key advisory role for new IFRS updates and changes, and set internal control in place. You will also be playing a key role supporting for ad-hoc projects with CFO, CEO and other regional stakeholders. Lastly, this role will also be involved in ad-hoc M&A projects for region. Your Profile To be a successful candidate, you must have <ul><li>Degree in Accounting.
