This role is 5 days onsite Monday-Friday and is likely to be required for a period of 3 months. The RoleThis is a generalist HR position with key duties including: · Assisting the HR team with a range of people & culture tasks relating to the full employee lifecycle· Supporting with rate changes for staff and drafting correspondence accordingly· Supporting with WGEA reporting activities· Providing advice and guidance on ER/IR matters· Collaborating with key stakeholders and providing coaching on best practice HR· Supporting the HR team with other projects/tasks as and when required· Updating the HRIS with employee changes and supporting with HR administration as required The IndividualTo be successful in this role, you will have a sound understanding of HR processes and Employment Legislation. Experience supporting with the full employee lifecycle, including rate changes is highly desirable.
