The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned properties, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of property budgets and forecasts, working closely with property management teams to identify revenue and expense trends.</li><li>Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management. Manage accounts receivable functions, including tenant billing and rent collections.</li><li>Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable sub-ledgers to the general ledger.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>
