Working from home is becoming less prevalent as companies re-establish the office as the standard workplace. At the same time, businesses are upping their flexibility in relation to start and finish times. 39% of Hong Kong workers say their employer offers flexible work arrangements, giving them a level of autonomy that positively impacts work-life balance, motivation and job satisfaction.

There has been an uptick in the number of workers wanting a medical plan that extends to their family as part of their compensation package, with 13% of Hong Kong workers planning to ask for private health insurance in 2025.
