Year-round volunteerism
Robert Half encourages our employees to lead by example by volunteering and fundraising for causes meaningful to them. Every year, each part- and full-time internal employee can have their donations and volunteer hours matched up to $1,500, plus an additional $500 annually for select U.S.-based partners.
Signature programs
During our annual Suit Drive, we work with clients, job candidates and business contacts to collect professional clothing for economically disadvantaged job seekers. But we offer them more than just clothing. The suits we provide help people feel confident during their job searches.
Since 2002, we have collected more than 400,000 items for job seekers who are assisted by Dress for Success and similar organizations. In recent years, we have found new ways for our employees and customers to collaborate and support job seekers. Learn more
Our Holiday Giving program allows Robert Half employees to support their local communities during November and December. Projects range from collecting toys, food and clothing to organizing parties for children at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA). Since 2006, our employees and customers have donated more than 140,000 toys and games, recently adapting their efforts to fulfilling wish lists and fundraising virtually for the BGCA and other nonprofits.
Our Robert Half Cares program allows our employees to connect with global colleagues and support our local communities. They can volunteer virtually, fundraise for a nonprofit or make a donation to a cause they care deeply about.
