Network Engineer<p><strong>Job Title: Network Engineer</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Robert Half is currently seeking a Network Engineer for a <strong>Direct Hire</strong> opportunity with our client in Appleton, WI. To be considered you must be located in the Appleton area or be willing to relocate. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>No C2C will be considered for this position.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and managing the company's computer networks and relative security systems. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining the efficient and secure flow of data and communication across all systems within the organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This role is open to a hybrid work schedule after the initial onboarding period. The typical working hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>- Design, configure, and manage all the network infrastructure.</p><p>- Maintain the overall network security, including firewalls and LAN segmentation.</p><p>- Regular monitoring of network health and performance and resolving any potential issues.</p><p>- Regular interaction with vendors regarding system functionality, upgrades, and maintenance.</p><p><br></p>Network Engineer<p>Robert Half is looking for a Senior or Intermediate-level Systems Network Engineer in Kansas City. This role would be onsite 5 days a week and vital to the team, with the primary function being to design, implement, upgrade, and troubleshoot the network infrastructure. The job will also entail maintaining a high level of network performance and security in a professional, executive-level environment.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p><br></p><p>• Design and implement network systems in line with our business needs</p><p>• Troubleshoot network issues and outages, working to minimize downtime</p><p>• Use Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) for routing and making decisions in the network</p><p>• Utilize Cisco Technologies, including Cisco ASA and Cisco Routers, in a daily operation</p><p>• Implement and maintain firewall technologies to ensure the security of our network</p><p>• Use Configuration Management tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency</p><p>• Work with Microsoft Azure and Azure Active Directory for cloud-based solutions</p><p>• Use system administration skills to maintain network and system performance</p><p>• Implement patches as necessary to fix vulnerabilities and bugs</p><p>• Utilize CrowdStrike for endpoint security within the network.</p>Systems Engineer<p>*Email brendan.steele@rht(.com) for consideration*</p><p><br></p><p>Robert Half (Technology Solutions) is searching for a Systems Engineer / Network Engineer with experience in Azure, M365, Intune, and Windows.
