Staff Attorney - Trusts & Estates <p><strong>Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is working with a dynamic firm offering a fully remote Trusts & Estates attorney role in Boston or remote. </strong>As a rapidly expanding company in the legal sector, Bowditch is actively seeking an experienced Staff Attorney to strengthen our Trust & Estates Practice. We have created this role to be flexible around your needs, offering either part-time or full-time contracts with a hybrid or fully remote work schedule arrangement. Despite our office locations in Worcester, Framingham and Boston, we are committed to supporting our employees working remotely.</p><p><br></p><p>Primary Skills and Abilities: The ideal candidate will display proficiency in several key areas: </p><p>• Broad experience with Microsoft Office software tools. </p><p>• Familiarity with using and maintaining client records management software like NetDocuments. </p><p>• In-depth understanding of document production software such as Contract Express. </p><p>• Superior writing and speaking skills. </p><p>• Excellent organizational skills. </p><p>• The ability to be singularly accountable while also thriving within a team environment.</p><p> • The ability to achieve effective results in a fast-paced environment and meet billable hours requirement.</p><p><br></p><p>Role Responsibilities: In this role, the main responsibilities will include: </p><p>• The preparation of a wide array of estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, beneficiary designations, and letters of intent. </p><p>• Drafting of client communications surrounding estate plans. This includes explanatory letters and implementation instructions. </p><p>• Continual learning and staying abreast with the latest Massachusetts trust, probate law and relevant tax laws.</p>
