This position offers a hybrid work arrangement with an expanding global company.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and participate in various compensation projects, including the design, analysis, budgeting, and rollout of new compensation programs.</li><li>Conduct thorough analyses to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and competitiveness of existing compensation structures, policies, and processes. Generate reports, dashboards, and metrics to pinpoint key trends and opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage wage structures, incentives, and rewards programs to support organizational goals, pay equity, and transparency.</li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on significant compensation initiatives, identifying opportunities for enhancements in programs, policies, and procedures.
