Month-End and Year-End Close: Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. 4. Internal Controls: Maintain and enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance with accounting policies, and improve operational efficiency. 5. Variance Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue growth. 6. Tax Compliance: Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. 7. Audit Support: Assist in the coordination of external audits, providing necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries. 8. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
