Programmer Analyst Job OverviewThe ServiceNow Developer plays a critical role in the continual custom development of applications/modules on the ServiceNow platform. The developer will collaborate with various teams to maintain the current code and create new features for both desktop and mobile applications, based upon business requirements. Job Duties• Under broad guidance, the developer independently establishes, maintains, and enhances a durable production, development, and testing middleware framework, while expanding its functionality and providing its leverage to developers through mentoring and formal training• Independently designs, modifies, and executes moderately to highly intricate information systems that are comprehensive and precise, adhering to MST standards• Codes, tests, debugs, and documents tasks of moderate to high complexity involving both desktop and mobile applications• Autonomously tackles and resolves more complex technical challenges in both production and non-production environments• A technical expert in various aspects of systems architecture application with robust technical knowledge• May act as a project manager or team lead for complex projects• Based on client needs, defines system scope and objectives• Designs, develops, codes, or alters architecture elements that are well-structured, well-designed, efficient, and conform to MST architectural norms• As a project manager, oversees daily project-related tasks for moderately to highly complex projects• Collaborates with multiple business partners to advance development and enhancements related to Nuvolo’s Facility Management modules, including Work Orders, Asset management, and Core ServiceNow Modules• Built and manage internal and external user-friendly mobile ServiceNow modules using client-side browser technologies (JavaScript, jQuery, JSON)• Interface front-end UI with back-end service APIs using JSON, REST, or XML

Category Analyst - Fleet Services We are offering an opportunity for a Business Analyst in the Scientific Instrument Manufacturing industry. This role will be based in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, and will primarily be remote with some days in the office. The Business Analyst will be an integral part of the Indirect Sourcing team, providing category service value, maintaining vendor relationships, and overseeing assigned programs. Responsibilities:• Monitor category performance KPIs and provide guidance in meeting established asset and budgetary targets• Conduct ongoing assessments of strategic and tactical category continuous improvement opportunities• Maintain vendor relationships, monitor vendor performance, and identify and support ongoing service improvement areas• Assist in vendor sourcing and negotiations, support request for quote via service level agreement (SLA), and contract administration• Conduct cost/pricing analysis related to Fleet/Vehicle service management, measuring project savings, cost avoidance, or opportunity• Maintain vendor portal, routing guides, internal access administration, and supplier compliance programs• Provide daily customer service with employees, internal departments, suppliers, vendor representatives, third-party providers, and corporate departments such as Legal, Tax, Payroll, Regulatory, and PLSI• Lead the administrative and communication aspects of category change management initiatives and/or projects• Direct the accurate charging/allocation of discretionary spending to appropriate organizational cost centers• Serve as an interface between Program staff and Finance staff to ensure procurement activities and required supporting documentation are processed in a timely manner• Assist in any special projects as required.
