Help Desk Analyst We are offering a Help Desk Analyst I role in the professional services industry, located in Washington, District of Columbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, with proficiency in MS O365, Active Directory and general IT troubleshooting. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Provide on-site technical support to users, addressing their queries and resolving issues efficiently • Demonstrate proficiency in using MS O365 for various IT-related tasks and projects • Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts, including creating, managing, and deleting user accounts as necessary • Conduct general IT troubleshooting to identify, analyze, and resolve system errors and faults • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes • Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems • Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties • Recommend system modifications to reduce user problems • Maintain currency and high level of technical skill in field of expertise.
