Accounting Manager/Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role involves overseeing full-cycle accounting processes, conducting month-end closures, and preparing financial statements. The successful candidate will be proficient in using Financial Edge software and have advanced Excel skills. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes • Manage the preparation and review of all monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts • Monitor and analyze accounting data • Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end close processes • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles • Coordinate and complete annual audits • Meet financial accounting objectives • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions • Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
